consequent upon the late dieactions fire in the Lower Bazaar, which__ rendered necessary the entire change and reallotment of the greater portion of the area, exetending over about 8/1⁄2 acres, and the superintendence of the houses in course of creation entirely prevents me from devoting my

time there to, at any rate for this cold
